As Back Office Assistant you play a crucial role within our location in Oss. Together with your colleagues you are the point of contact for visitors, customers and internal departments. You perform many administrative tasks for the Logistics Inbound and Outbound departments, and also support the Products and Quality departments. You accurately check transport invoices and shipping documents, spot discrepancies and enter them into the system. You start your day with a meeting in which you discuss the most important tasks and priorities. Then you will start checking and processing documents, supporting various departments and answering questions from colleagues and customers.
