Do you enjoy working with your hands and prefer to work in a hands-on environment? We are looking for a motivated Assembly Employee. In this role you will work together with colleagues to assemble fasteners for roof applications, both manually and mechanically. Thanks to your accuracy and commitment, you will ensure that the production process continues to run smoothly.
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling fasteners for roof structures. You will work in a team environment and perform manual and machine assembly work. During and after assembly, you check parts and finished products for quality and completeness. You then package the products according to instructions and correctly prepare everything for the warehouse or further processing. You work closely with colleagues and other departments to keep the production process running smoothly. You also identify deviations or malfunctions in the process, report these to the shift manager and actively contribute to improvements. You work strictly according to the applicable safety, quality and hygiene guidelines.
