You step into the warehouse, the cool air meets you. While the pallets are automatically unstacked by the robot, you are already on your way with your reach truck to put new stock in the right place. Meanwhile, you keep a sharp eye on whether everything is correct: are the products complete, at the right temperature and neatly labeled? Als Logistiek Medewerker heb je een veelzijdige rol binnen het gekoelde magazijn. Je laadt en lost goederen, controleert inkomende en uitgaande producten en zorgt dat de voorraad netjes wordt aangevuld. Met behulp van een reachtruck en heftruck vervoer je pallets naar de juiste locaties en pick je orders met een handscanner. Ook werk je met een automatische robot die pallets ontstapelt, jij houdt overzicht en grijpt in waar nodig.
Je werkt in een gekoelde omgeving, dus hygiëne, structuur en veiligheid zijn cruciaal. De planning ontvang je per week en je kunt worden ingezet op de afdelingen Ontvangst of Coldstore, afhankelijk van de drukte. Dankzij de duidelijke structuur weet je altijd waar je aan toe bent.

From their modern equipped distribution center, fresh products are efficiently transported to industrial processors, stores and distribution centers. Although fast delivery is paramount, cold storage is sometimes unavoidable, especially when it comes to additional operations such as repackaging or labeling. To this end, Distrifresh has set up special cold rooms where all processes meet strict food safety standards.
