Coming in, starting up and creating immediate overview: as an Administrative Logistics Assistant, you are the one who makes sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You receive drivers, process transport documents and coordinate accurately with the planning department. What will you do?

As Administrative Logistics Assistant, you are the liaison between transport, warehouse and planning. You ensure that drivers are received correctly, supervise the loading and unloading process administratively and clearly indicate at which dock they can go. You process CMRs, check the loading and unloading lists and provide these with barcodes and stickers. In case of deviations, you intervene immediately and adjust data in the system. You liaise a lot with the export planning and are jointly responsible for accurate administration and a streamlined workflow.

This is a position with room for both part-time and full-time fulfillment (20, 30 or 40 hours per week). There are no shift shifts, but a flexible attitude is desired.

  • A salary between €2,600 and €3,000 gross per month based on full-time employment;

Job requirements

  • You have a mbo working and thinking level;
  • You have experience with transportation documents, including CMR;
  • You enjoy working with systems and quickly master new software;
  • You are communicatively strong and independent in your work;
  • You can interact well with colleagues from different departments;
  • You enjoy working ad-hoc and like a bit of dynamism;
  • You are flexible in terms of hours.
