What will you do?

You start your day with focus: you decide which leads to follow up on, pick up the phone and schedule new appointments. Your main goal is to acquire new customers and expand your customer portfolio. You see commercial opportunities immediately; your phone is your most important tool.

This role is all about new business. Rejections actually motivate you and you supervise the entire process: from initial interview and negotiations to building client relationships. Together with your fellow recruiters you make sure you find the right match between client and candidate, follow up candidates quickly and keep a sharp eye on vacancies. You like pace, switching and working with targets.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • You have at least 1 year of commercial work experience;
  • You are comfortable with cold acquisition and lots of phone contact;
  •  You can handle rejection well and know how to turn this into an opportunity;
  • You work results-oriented and love to score;
  • You have a proactive, flexible and commercial attitude;
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
