What will you do?

Je start je dag met focus: je bepaalt welke leads je opvolgt, pakt de telefoon en plant nieuwe afspraken in. Jouw belangrijkste doel is het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het uitbreiden van je klantenportefeuille. Commerciële kansen zie jij direct; je telefoon is daarbij je belangrijkste tool.

In deze rol draait alles om new business. Afwijzingen motiveren je juist en je begeleidt het hele proces: van eerste gesprek en onderhandelingen tot het uitbouwen van klantrelaties. Samen met jouw collega recruiters zorg je voor de juiste match tussen klant en kandidaat, volg je kandidaten snel op en houd je vacatures scherp in het vizier. Je houdt van tempo, schakelen en werken met targets.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • You have at least 1 year of commercial work experience;
  • You are comfortable with cold acquisition and lots of phone contact;
  •  You can handle rejection well and know how to turn this into an opportunity;
  • You work results-oriented and love to score;
  • You have a proactive, flexible and commercial attitude;
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
