For Recruitment & Selection, we work with a fixed fee per job level (MBO or HBO+). This includes vacancy writing, publication, promotion and active search via job boards and our database. We also work according to the ‘no cure, no pay’ principle, which means that payment of the fixed fee only takes place after the candidate has been employed for 30 days.
Vacancy publication and search: Start within five working days of approval.
Average time to placement: MBO: 4-6 weeks | HBO+: 6-8 weeks
