What will you do?

As an Intercedent, you are the extension of our client and the permanent point of contact for your team. You ensure that everything is well organized. From personnel planning to on-the-job supervision. You are close to the day-to-day operations, but also think ahead.

Together with your team, you ensure a smooth and successful cooperation with the customer. You have regular meetings about forecasts, objectives and pool management. You then share this forecast with your colleagues in Central Planning.

You have an eye for optimization. You see opportunities in processes and translate them into concrete solutions. Your nickname? Cartwright.

Job requirements

This is what we expect from you:

You are available 32 to 40 hours and flexible in your working hours.
You have HBO working and thinking level, in education or experience.
You communicate easily in both Dutch and English.
You will work at the in-house location in Haarlem and/or Amsterdam but are willing to come to Veghel once a week.
You are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and results-oriented. And convincing? You can do it like the best.
Experience in the staffing industry is nice but not a must.
You are organizationally strong and know how to use your commercial drive intelligently.
