What will you do?

As a Blaster, you will be responsible for treating surfaces using different blasting techniques. You will work with both air pressure blasting and glass bead blasting to clean and prepare various materials. You will be part of a small and supportive team, working either in day shifts or a two shift system.

Your main tasks include:

Air pressure blasting: Removing rust, mill scale, and old coating from (cast) steel;
Glass bead blasting: Cleaning non-ferrous metals like stainless steel and aluminum;
Ensuring high-quality results by following set procedures and specifications;
Keeping your workspace clean and safe;
Using blasting materials efficiently to reduce waste and protect the environment.

Gross hourly wage of €17,10, including a 14% shift allowance for 2 shift work;

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who is precise and detail-oriented.

Experience working in a production environment;
Good command of English or Dutch;
Ability to work independently and accurately;
Taking responsibility for quality and deadlines;
Strong team player with good communication skills;
Experience as a Blaster is a plus;
Forklift certification is a plus.
