As Manager Customs & Compliance you will supervise and optimize all customs and compliance processes. You lead the customs team, ensure correct and timely handling of all customs formalities and ensure that all procedures are fully compliant with laws and regulations. You analyze processes, implement improvements and liaise with customs authorities and external partners. In addition, you follow legislative changes closely and translate them into clear internal guidelines. You report to management and are the central point of contact for everything related to customs and compliance.
