What will you do?

What you will do

You are the captain of the logistics floor. You divide the work, monitor the planning and coordinate with transporters and fellow departments. Deviation spotted? You intervene. In the meantime, you supervise new colleagues so that they can quickly start working as if they had never done anything else.

Highlights of your role:

  • Lead a team in the logistics process.
  • Ensure that incoming and outgoing goods flows smoothly.
  • Divide work, monitor schedule and coordinate transportation.
  • Logistical data checking and reporting.
  • Supervise and coach new employees.

Job requirements

This is what we are looking for in you

  • Leadership experience in logistics, preferably in the food sector.
  • Familiar with fresh produce packaging processes (or learn quickly).
  • Handy with scheduling systems and logistics data.
  • Flexible working in a 2-shift schedule.
